The provision of food and drink at All Saints Catholic College is provided by Kirklees Catering Service (KCS).  We are required to follow the procedures outlined by KCS for managing the provision of food and drink for students with allergies and other medical dietary requirements in school.

If your child has a specific allergy or intolerance, it is essential that KCS identify whether they are able to self-manage their diet in school. 

Where a student can self-manage and requests meals at the tills in the dining room, catering staff will not serve any food containing ingredients the student is allergic to.

Where a student cannot self-manage, a more specific dietary plan will be required.  This will involve completing a risk assessment and creating an individual diet plan as part of the KCS procedures.
