Anti-Bullying and Respect
At All Saints Catholic College, we are committed to creating a safe, caring and inclusive community where every person is treated with dignity and respect.
As a Catholic school, we believe that every individual is created in the image and likeness of God and therefore has inherent worth and value. We strive to ensure that all members of our community feel safe, supported and able to flourish.

Bullying, harassment, intimidation and discrimination have no place in our school community.

- Taking all reports of bullying seriously.
- Investigating concerns fairly and promptly.
- Supporting students who have experienced bullying.
- Working with families and external agencies where appropriate.
- Promoting a culture of kindness, respect and inclusion.
Every student has the right to:
- Feel safe in school.
- Learn without fear.
- Be treated with dignity and respect.
- Have concerns listened to and acted upon.
What is Bullying?
The DfE define bullying as:
“A behaviour by an individual or group, repeated over time, targeted, one-way intended to hurt someone either physically or emotionally often aimed at certain groups, for example because of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation, special educational needs or disabilities, or because a child is adopted or in care or has caring responsibilities.”
If You Are Being Bullied
We encourage you to:
- Speak to a trusted adult.
- Tell your form tutor.
- Speak to your achievement coordinator
- Contact a member of the behaviour team.
- Use our online reporting form.
- Ask a friend to report concerns on your behalf if needed.
Reporting concerns is a sign of courage and helps us keep everyone safe.

If You Witness Bullying
If you see bullying, do not ignore it.
You can:
- Support the person being targeted.
- Report what you have seen.
- Encourage others to seek help.
- Refuse to join in.
- Speak to a member of staff.
By standing up for others, you help create a culture of respect and kindness.
