Health & Social Care
Subject Leader: Mrs R Gill
The Pearson Edexcel Level 1/2 Tech Award in Health and Social Care provides students with the knowledge, skills and personal qualities needed to understand and contribute to high quality care in modern society. Our intent is shaped by the principle that “the measure of the greatness of a society is found in the way it treats those most in need.”
Our Health and Social Care curriculum forms young people who are academically prepared, morally grounded and inspired to contribute to a society that is judged — and strengthened — by how it treats those most in need.
